HOW TO MAKE MATCHA

Hot Kachi Matcha Latte

What you need:
    •    2g (1–2 scoops) Kachi Matcha
    •    2 oz hot water (175°F / not boiling)
    •    6–8 oz warm frothed milk (oat, almond, whole—your call)
    •    Optional: sweetener (honey, maple, agave)

Steps:
    1.    Sift matcha into your bowl or cup to remove clumps.
    2.    Add 2 oz hot water and whisk vigorously in an “M” or “W” motion until frothy.
    3.    Heat and froth your milk separately using a frother or stovetop.
    4.    Pour milk over whisked matcha and stir to combine.
    5.    Sweeten to taste and sip with intention.

Iced Kachi Matcha Latte

What you need:
    •    2g (1–2 scoops) Kachi Matcha
    •    2 oz water (cold or room temp)
    •    6–8 oz milk or alt-milk
    •    Ice
    •    Optional: sweetener or vanilla syrup

Steps:
    1.    Sift matcha into a cup or shaker bottle.
    2.    Add 2 oz water and whisk or shake until fully dissolved and foamy.
    3.    Fill a glass with ice, pour in milk, then top with matcha.
    4.    Sweeten as desired and stir or keep it layered for the aesthetic.
